Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager based in Leeds with a hybrid working option. Reports to the Team Manager/Head of Centre. Requires prior experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager. Manages a group of properties from tenancy start to end, acts as point of contact for landlords and tenants, handles inquiries, bookings and inspections, organizes remedial works, issues instructions and invoices, maintains diary, responds to complaints, liaises with letting offices and client accounts, and supports team hires, inductions, training, appraisals and coaching. Seeks candidates with excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a full UK driving license.
