Job Summary
Senior Property Manager for a premier Grubb Properties multifamily community. You will lead day-to-day property operations, drive leasing performance, oversee budgets and financial reporting, manage maintenance and capital projects, oversee vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver exceptional resident experiences. Requires proven leadership of on-site teams, strategic thinking to meet ownership goals, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience with property-management platforms such as Yardi Voyager, Yardi CRM, Blue Moon, or YieldStar. Role emphasizes ownership of community performance, tenant satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience
- Experience managing Class A communities preferred
- Strong leadership and on-site team development
- Financial and operational management skills
- Experience driving occupancy, resident retention, and NOI performance
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, Yardi CRM, Blue Moon, YieldStar or similar platforms preferred
