Job Summary
Lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties by coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. Serve as the primary contact with property owners to ensure client objectives are met, preparing and delivering timely, accurate reports and annual budgets. Manage team response to tenant needs, craft tenant care programs to maximize retention, and oversee lease administration including expirations and covenants. Proactively collect rent, source and procure vendors to achieve savings, and provide formal supervision for recruiting, hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure monthly property inspections, approve alterations and maintenance, document emergency response plans, and orchestrate drills. Drive strong results through strategic guidance and performance management. This 100% in-office role requires standard business hours and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Real Estate License required where mandated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Real Estate License
- CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- AP and CMMS proficiency
- Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties
- Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to forecast outcomes
- Ability to prepare budgets with long-term capital plans
- Ability to deliver insightful variance reports
- Ability to make financial recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive and complex information
- Demonstrated leadership experience and skills
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
- Ability to perform monthly or more frequent property inspections
- Ability to travel to assigned properties as required
- Ability to work in office during standard business hours
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Desired Qualifications

- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education
- CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred
