Job Summary
Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business while providing overall leadership through policy development and strategy. Manage Property Management staff, promote career paths, and track budget variances to ensure smooth recovery processes. Oversee the billing process, monitor cash flow, and prepare annual reports for owners in accordance with management agreements. Maintain interfaces with third-party owners, resolve tenant relations issues, and perform regular property inspections with staff. Oversee construction projects, including approving contracts and invoices, while ensuring compliance with policies, codes, and regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and a real estate license. Cushman & Wakefield offers competitive pay ranging from $116,025 to $136,500.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience
- Possess real estate license
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
- Proven experience in management, evaluation, development, and motivation of subordinates
- Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
- Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
- Regularly operate office machinery
Desired Qualifications
- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
