Senior Property Manager (CRE)

Job Summary

Direct and coordinate property management business while leading the Property Management staff through policy development and strategy interpretation. Track budget variances, oversee billing and cash flow, and prepare annual reports for owners. Maintain interfaces with third-party owners, resolve tenant relations issues, and perform regular property inspections. Oversee construction projects by approving contracts and invoices, ensuring full compliance with policies, codes, and regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of real estate experience, and a real estate license. Salary ranges from $161,500 to $190,000. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience
  • Possess real estate license
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
  • Proven experience in management, evaluation, development, and motivation of subordinates
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
  • Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
  • Regularly operate office machinery

Desired Qualifications

  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
