Job Summary
Senior Property Manager responsible for leading a property management team in San Diego, overseeing operations, financial and administrative activities, cultivating relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors, and developing strategic plans to grow the client base. Requires 5+ years in retail commercial real estate, Bachelor's in Business/Finance, California Real Estate License, proficiency with YARDI/MRI, strong P&L and budget skills, and ability to mentor staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- California Real Estate License Required
- 5+ years of progressive experience managing retail commercial real estate
- Experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI
- Strong understanding of financial reports, basic business fundamentals, including P&L management
- Industry certifications such as CPM and/or RPA preferred
