Job Summary
Senior Property Manager at Colliers, onsite in Sacramento, CA, leading and developing the property management staff, overseeing operations and financial activities, maintaining strong relationships with property owner, tenants, vendors and contractors, and driving growth through client engagement and strategic planning. Responsibilities include mentoring and managing the team to achieve organizational goals, maintaining policies and procedures, expanding the business base through regular client contact, and leveraging real estate software (YARDI, MRI) to produce financial reports and manage budget and capital expenditures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- California Real Estate License Required
- 5 - 8 years of progressive experience managing commercial real estate
- Strong interpersonal skills and staff management experience
- Experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI
- Understanding of financial reports and P&L management
- Industry certifications such as CPM and/or RPA preferred
