Job Summary
Advise Boards of Directors and site staff on governance, audits, and compliance while overseeing vendor management and service contract performance. Enforce condominium by-laws and declarations across assigned sites, preparing and reviewing annual budgets, reserve fund plans, and financial reports. Conduct weekly site visits to follow up on repairs, deficiencies, and insurance claims, coordinating board meetings, AGMs, and special meetings. Support emergency planning and ensure health and safety compliance while leading on-site teams through hiring, training, and scheduling. Manage a portfolio of newly registered flagship condominium properties with direct impact on resident satisfaction and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in residential condominium property management
- CMRAO General License
Desired Qualifications
- RCM designation
- Experience managing multiple sites and leading teams
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Organized, self-directed, and calm under pressure
