Senior Property Manager

Job Summary
Oversee a 1.8 million square foot industrial portfolio in the Midwest by managing tenant relations, property operations, capital projects, and vendor contracts. Provide leadership and mentorship to local property management personnel while ensuring timely rent collection, A/R documentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site visits to Minneapolis to evaluate property conditions and vendor performance, then prepare monthly management reports and budget variances for the executive team. Travel quarterly to Minneapolis and as business needs require to support regional asset performance and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or another related business discipline
- Five (5+) years of commercial property management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial portfolios
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, CAM reconciliations, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to respond to tenant and operational issues that may arise during the day, evening, or weekend
- Team player who can effectively engage with regional leadership, leasing teams, Asset Management, vendors, and service partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned portfolio, including planned quarterly travel to Minneapolis and additional travel as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or another related business discipline preferred
- Five (5+) years of commercial property management experience; industrial property management experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial portfolios
- Yardi experience preferred, including Voyager, Elevate, and Commercial Café
- Ability to respond to tenant and operational issues that may arise during the day, evening, or weekend
- Team player who can effectively engage with regional leadership, leasing teams, Asset Management, vendors, and service partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned portfolio, including planned quarterly travel to Minneapolis and additional travel as business needs require
