Job Summary

Senior Property Manager responsible for leading staff, tenant relations, and the overall operations of residential property. Responsibilities include guiding and motivating subordinates, managing budgets and financial reporting, preparing lease agreements, conducting leasing activities, collecting rents, scheduling and supervising maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with Area Director and corporate office, advertising properties, hosting resident events, maintaining occupancy and records, supervising maintenance and vendors, and collaborating with local municipalities. Requires 3-4 years of property management experience and knowledge of housing choice voucher program processes; strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
