Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Dubai secondary market, utilizing proficiency in CRM systems and social media platforms to generate business independently. The role offers up to 70% uncapped commission, monthly through yearly rewards, and an employment visa with medical insurance. You will receive industry-leading marketing support including photography, videography, and an unlimited budget for property listings, alongside access to an exclusive portfolio of high-end projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in real estate sales
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Client-focused approach
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Particularly knowledge of the secondary market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Proficiency in social media platforms
- Fluency in English
- Self-motivated

- Capable of generating business independently
