Job Summary
Lead property damage and business interruption advisory and placement for major clients by analyzing complex property and business interruption risks. Design and structure comprehensive insurance programs and coverage frameworks while negotiating with national and international insurers. Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise within the Property Practice, supporting standards, templates, and best practices for the team. Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes to support cross-organizational initiatives and ad hoc projects. Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable advice for clients and colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with property insurance
- Proven technical expertise
- Proven track record with large, complex property risks
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent professional accreditation
- Strong analytical skills in risk assessment and program design
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high ambition for quality
- Commercial mindset
- International outlook
- Must be able to work onsite with clients at least three days per week
- Must be able to work onsite with the full team at least one anchor day per week
