Job Summary
Property Accountant will be responsible for accounting for multiple properties in a region, including maintaining accrual books, approving coding on purchases, recording journal entries, and following monthly close procedures. The role supports management in the budget process, provides quarterly budget vs. actual reports, conducts monthly CAM/RET expense reconciliations with tenant billing follow-up, assists with tenant audits, collaborates with the bookkeeper and management on coding, and participates in special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Public Accounting experience preferred
- 5-8 years of related experience
- Experience in Yardi is preferred
