Job Summary
Lead independent project planning, organization, and execution while directing workshops and training sessions for customers. Manage the technical setup of CarLiner environments and provide direct support to new and existing users. Deliver presales consulting, product presentations, and module upselling by analyzing customer requirements and coordinating with product management. This role requires a commercial background with experience in project management or the automotive sector, strong communication skills in German (C1), and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Based in Hamburg with flexible working hours and remote work options, the position offers an unbound contract in a growing team focused on digitalizing vehicle dealer sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung
- einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Automobilbranche
- Motivation, Teamfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität
- eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein für das Projektgeschäft
- ein gutes Verständnis für technische Systeme
- Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten vor unseren Kunden
- vertrauter Umgang mit den Standard-Office-Anwendungen (Microsoft)
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher (mindestens C1)
