Job Summary
Lead complex interior architecture and renovation projects in existing buildings (CHF 5M+) across all SIA phases, balancing quality, cost, and schedule. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams of design, architecture, and technical planning professionals while acting as the primary client contact to drive decision-making. Ensure design intent aligns with technical execution and foster the development of junior and mid-level staff. Manage diverse markets including workplace, education, commercial, hospitality, banking, and retail within an international, cross-border environment. Requires 7-10 years of experience and strong German/English skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Architektur- und Innenausbauprojekte
- relevante Praxis in der Schweiz
- Abschluss in Innenarchitektur oder Architektur
- Kenntnisse der SIA-Phasen
- Kenntnisse der schweizerischen Normen und Standards
- Kompetenz in Entwurf, Ausführung und Gesamtprojektleitung
- strukturierte, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
- hohem Qualitätsanspruch
- souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Bauherr:innen und Planungspartner:innen
- gute Kenntnisse in Messerli Bauadmin
- gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- gute Kenntnisse in Adobe
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Englischkenntnisse
