Job Summary
Steer industrial wastewater treatment projects from contract clarification through final acceptance, managing the full lifecycle while ensuring budget and schedule compliance. Represent PreZero's interests with assertiveness toward clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, coordinating internal engineering, procurement, and quality teams alongside external partners. Drive the professionalization and scaling of internal project management processes within our startup environment. Flexible working models allow up to two days of remote work per week. Required Qualifications
- Fundierte Ausbildung (Studium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik) oder vergleichbare technische bzw. kaufmännische Qualifikation mit starkem Fokus auf den Anlagenbau
- Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement des industriellen Anlagenbaus
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Projekten im Umfeld von Abwasseraufbereitungsanlagen oder der industriellen Wasserwirtschaft
- Vertrautheit mit dem Vertragsrecht (z. B. VOB, BGB)
- Erfahrung im Claim-Management
- Erfahrung im Risk-Management
- kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Reisebereitschaft für die heißen Phasen der Projektabwicklung vor Ort
- sehr gutes Deutsch
- sehr gutes Englisch
