Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of documented experience with marine structure design

- Experience in leading project execution and design innovation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with complex multidisciplinary marine projects
- Knowledge of port equipment and mooring systems
- Understanding of relevant design codes and methods
- Strong commitment to sustainability and green solutions
- Excellent communication skills in English, with Danish as a plus
