Job Summary
Plan projects in building services technology (HLSK) from conception to handover, overseeing technical design of heating, ventilation, sanitary, and cooling systems. Prepare and review planning documents, specifications, and tenders while coordinating closely with clients, specialists, and external stakeholders. Monitor on-site progress to ensure compliance with technical and legal requirements, and continuously improve planning standards through knowledge transfer. Work across diverse projects ranging from green schools to complex hospital construction. The role requires an engineering degree with at least four years of experience in HVAC systems and proficiency in relevant regulations and software. Flexible working hours and part-time options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss als Ingenieur:in (Versorgungstechnik, TGA, Gebäudetechnik, Energietechnik) oder Techniker:in / Meister:in
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung von Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär- oder Klimaanlagen
- Sicher im Umgang mit HOAI, VOB, VOL und relevanten Normen
- Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen & Vergabe von Ingenieur- und Bauleistungen
- Kommunikationsstärke & verhandlungssicheres Deutsch auf allen Ebenen
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in Capmo, iTWO, Orca AVA, Revit, LiNear oder AutoCAD
