Job Summary
Senior Project Coordinator provides project administrative support to a project management team during delivery of simple and complex projects, may deliver transactional/standard projects, and provide team lead support. Responsibilities include handling project meetings and minutes, arranging meeting rooms, tracking budgets and project expenditures, compiling weekly active project lists and resource utilization reports, preparing documentation for stakeholders, assisting with project planning and calendar management, reconciling invoices with payments and processing purchase orders, maintaining closure checklists, and occasionally performing team‐lead duties. Requires strong teamwork, excellent communication, proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work with diverse personalities, and ability to manage multiple projects with limited guidance in a hybrid workplace inside technology services.
Required Qualifications
- Solid project administration and coordination experience preferably within a technology services environment
- 3-6 years worked experience in the same or similar role
- Academic qualifications and certifications: High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Relevant project management qualification or certification advantageous
