Job Summary
Establish detailed project plans spanning engineering, procurement, and execution phases, ensuring logical alignment from tender through handover. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies while proactively reporting them and managing schedule changes via scenario analyses. Coordinate closely with project leaders, engineers, and external partners to optimize resource allocation and maintain realistic deadlines. Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and professionalization of the department. This role supports the energy transition within Hanab Energy Solutions, a market leader in medium and high-voltage infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting
- Aantoonbare ervaring als projectplanner, bij voorkeur binnen de sectoren energie, infra of industrie
- Ervaring met planningssoftware zoals Primavera P6 of Oracle Primavera Cloud
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde manier van werken
- Communicatief sterk en in staat om verschillende belangen te verbinden
- Proactieve houding en stressbestendigheid
- Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio Rotterdam, Tilburg, Moerdijk
