Job Summary
Manage multiple complex software projects by coordinating between the Product Owner and developers, ensuring quality, deadlines, scope, and budget adherence. Actively maintain client relationships while collaborating to digitize their processes and define project goals. Lead functional analysis, testing, and detailed budgeting efforts, including creating and defending estimates against client inquiries. Provide technical advisory to clients based on your background in software development and agile methodologies. Operate within a multidisciplinary team in Utrecht, requiring fluent Dutch and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years experience with agile project management, budget management and planning in technical areas
- experience building and maintaining professional client relationships
- technical knowledge to correctly estimate and deliver projects
- ability to argue time estimates
- ability to make realistic plans and proposals
- accounting for margins, doubts and uncertainties
- experience in creating budgets
- experience creating detailed quotes
- ability to answer client questions about quotes with clear arguments
- talent for good communication
- ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously

- background in software building
- ability to advise clients at a technical level
- interest in digital products and software building
- experience working with software teams
- complete mastery of the Dutch language
- good command of the English language in speaking and writing
