Job Summary
Lead project and program management for facilities and housing initiatives in education and social real estate, defining direction and securing results across planning, budget, and quality. Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and preliminary engineering to handover and aftercare, overseeing risk, stakeholder, and contract management. Handle European procurement for construction, installations, and specialized equipment while leading project teams and coaching colleagues to improve processes. This role offers a strategic mandate with visible results for clients, featuring a hybrid work arrangement, a company car, and an annual salary between €4,115 and €7,429. Required Qualifications
- Meer dan 10 jaar relevante ervaring in projectmanagement binnen facilitair en/of huisvesting
- Bachelor (Bedrijfskunde, Facilitair Management, Bouwkunde)
- Nederlands en Engels
- Reisbereid
- BHV en VCA-VOL (of bereid te behalen)
- De aanvraag van een VOG is een verplicht onderdeel van het sollicitatieproces
