Lead complex, socially relevant water transition projects as an integral project leader or IPM project holder, focusing on technical management and environmental management. Drive projects from planning through execution by steering multidisciplinary teams of hydrologists, ecologists, and external advisors while ensuring a balanced assessment of content, risks, quality, schedule, and budget. Act as the bridge between the project, environment, and administration by maintaining relationships with landowners, residents, municipalities, and provinces to organize participation processes and build support. Identify opportunities, risks, and sensitivities, translating them into actionable solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations. Work within agile principles to inspire self-management and ownership within diverse stakeholder groups.
