Job Summary
Senior Project Superintendent with a Water/Wastewater background oversees direction and daily supervision of all job-site field personnel, ensuring safety, owner satisfaction, and adherence to cost, schedule, and quality. Responsibilities include site safety management, short-term scheduling, manpower/equipment planning, permit inspections coordination, field documents control, daily reports, material handling and delivery coordination, subcontract coordination, field purchases, as-built drawings, post-construction review, client relations, time sheets, and overall site security. Requires 10-15 years in construction with 5+ years as a superintendent (preferred 15–20 total with 10+ as superintendent), currently working in water/wastewater, High School diploma, strong communication, presentation skills, MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel), PMIS knowledge, and valid driver license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma.
- 10-15 years of total construction experience.
- Minimum of the most recent 5+ years as a Superintendent (required).
- Candidates must currently be working in water/wastewater.
- Senior Superintendent Level
- 15–20 years of total construction experience (20+ preferred).
- Minimum of the most recent 10+ years as a Superintendent (required).
- Candidates must currently be working in water/wastewater.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Presentation experience.
- Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Knowledge of Project Management Software (PMIS).
- Valid Driver License and ability to commute to job sites.
