Senior Project Superintendent- Industrial Construction (Traveling)

Job Summary
Construct projects in accordance with plans, schedule, specifications, and standards while leading subcontractors and field employees on jobsites. Establish safety culture, manage project schedule, budget, and staff alongside Project Managers, and develop two-week look-ahead schedules using scheduling software. Assist with major subcontractor selection, recommend cost reductions and quality improvements, and ensure project documents remain accurate and compliant. Review and enforce contract terms while adhering to all company policies. Requires national travel, eight years of industrial construction management experience, and proficiency with Procore, JDE, and Asta. Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel nationally based on the needs of the business and projects
- A High School Diploma
- A minimum of eight (8) years' of extensive field and project construction management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven history of leading others successfully and to teach, develop and mentor others
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- The ability to communicate
