Job Summary
Senior Project Superintendent responsible for providing overall administrative and technical management of construction projects. Oversees all onsite construction activities, including self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants, to successfully execute large and complex projects. Core focus areas include safety, schedule, cost, quality, and client relationships; lead and mentor others; participate in pre-ops for high-risk scopes; interface with client representatives, A-E representatives, other contractors, and building officials; contribute to field-operations goals and company-wide improvement efforts; and lead training and performance reviews for direct reporting staff.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years in Project Superintendent Role
- OSHA 30
- Safety standards knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of Corporate Safety Program
- Supervisors License or equivalent (general knowledge of the local building code) in preferred location
- Working knowledge of CPM schedule
- Working knowledge of cost report and labor production report
- Thorough knowledge of corporate quality program
- Thorough knowledge of subcontract language
