Job Summary
Senior Project Superintendent leads on-site subcontractors and field forces on aviation/construction projects, maintains project safety per policy, develops and updates schedules, oversees daily field activities to meet quality, timelines, and budgets, coordinates with subcontractors and stakeholders, conducts site inspections, resolves issues to maintain momentum, updates schedules with scheduling software, assists in buyout and subcontractor selection, ensures paperwork is accurate and timely, and mentors the team while fostering strong client and vendor relationships on complex projects traveling as required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience
- Commercial construction experience working for a general contractor (GC)
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team
