The Senior Project Superintendent will lead onsite operations for complex aviation and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines while managing subcontractor relationships and project budgets. Candidates must possess 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience with a strong background in commercial construction and demonstrate effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience required
- Commercial construction experience working for a general contractor (GC) is required
- Ability to read/interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent project organizational skills
- Impressive leadership skills with the desire to teach, mentor, and develop a team
- Business acumen and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization
- Proficient in basic computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in senior living, student housing, hospitality, condominium, and/or other lived in product type construction
- Ability to learn specific job-related software upon hire
