Senior Project Specialist - Training Lead the end-to-end training strategy across transformation initiatives, define training standards and governance, and develop curricula, delivery planning, and effectiveness measurement. Collaborate with Change Manager, Product Owners, Business Architects, and Operations to align training activities with deployment sequencing, readiness milestones, and business outcomes, ensuring training is an embedded capability that supports go-live and long-term sustainment across multiple workstreams.
