Job Summary
Oversee small-scale projects or key phases of larger initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, and tracking milestones to ensure successful delivery. Define system scope, objectives, and team roles while preparing project plans that specify goals, strategy, staffing, risk management, and budget allocation. Facilitate status meetings with cross-functional groups, communicate regularly with stakeholders for updates, and prepare documentation including training and process materials. Identify opportunities to improve project processes and implement best practices, escalating risks or delays as needed. May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in a business field
- 4-6 years of directly related experience
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency with project management tools, reporting, and status tracking
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and manage projects, budgets, and competing priorities
- Effective meeting facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs, resolve issues proactively, and balance both strategic initiatives and day-to-day priorities
- Familiarity with current technologies and their application to project delivery and business objectives
- Must be available for duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs
