Job Summary
Senior Project Specialist responsible for leading payment-implementation initiatives across European markets, coordinating with Technology, Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure alignment, and managing partner relations with global and local players such as Visa, Mastercard, or BLIK. Focus areas include process optimization and automating payment journeys to enhance experiences for millions of users. The role requires 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, English proficiency (C1), and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) with up to 30 days of occasional remote work; located in Poznań, Poland. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in project management or business coordination
- experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
- fluency in English (min. C1)
- ability to manage stakeholders and multi-department alignment
