Senior Project Scheduler

Job Summary
Contact customers via telephone, email, and letter to arrange appointments and develop effective communication processes. Prepare, manage, monitor, and update project schedules and trackers while coordinating engineers and resources to maximize productivity. Map properties, plan projects for efficient delivery, and produce regular reports on progress, call activity, and team productivity. Monitor project progress against safety, quality, and programme expectations, identifying risks and escalating issues where required. Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and company policies, supporting the Commercial and Bid Teams with relevant information. Work with IT to improve the use of company systems and provide weekly reporting to the Team Leader.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and reporting skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports
- Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Calm and professional approach when handling issues or complaints
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work to deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, flexible and customer-focused approach
Desired Qualifications
- Previous office or call-centre experience
- Experience in construction, housing or a similar environment
- Experience with project scheduling or coordination
