Job Summary
Create and update Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules across all project phases, from conceptual design to close-out. Coordinate schedule creation directly with project superintendents, managing means, methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources. Conduct proposal, baseline, and update review meetings, producing final as-built schedules and monthly status reports to the general manager. Revise weekly schedules based on superintendent reports and maintain the historical CPM database. Assist in developing claims by analyzing schedule performance and incorporating design conflicts into the schedule. Requires five years of CPM scheduling experience in construction.
