Job Summary
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in Primavera P6, integrating engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management to monitor schedule performance, resource and cost-load schedules for forecasting, and perform QA/QC reviews of contractor baseline and monthly submittals. Lead schedule governance including processes, best practices, change control, and communication plans while comparing contractor schedules against IMS to identify misalignments and recommend corrective actions. Generate executive-level reports, dashboards, and lookahead plans. Reports 1X monthly to White Plains, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years scheduling experience
- 6+ years on large utility projects
- Expert in Primavera P6
- advanced knowledge of CPM
- advanced knowledge of critical path
- advanced knowledge of earned value analytics
- Strong reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Remote position- reports 1X a month to White Plains, NY
Desired Qualifications
- Transmission & Substation experience is a plus
- Preferred: PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP certification
