Job Summary
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in Primavera P6, integrating engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management to monitor schedule performance, resource and cost-load schedules for forecasting, and perform QA/QC reviews of contractor baseline and monthly submittals. Compare contractor schedules against IMS to identify misalignments and recommend corrective actions while leading schedule governance, including processes, best practices, change control, and communication plans. Generate executive-level reports, dashboards, and lookahead plans to support performance measurement and KPI tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years scheduling experience
- 6+ years on large utility projects
- Expert in Primavera P6
- advanced knowledge of CPM, critical path, and earned value analytics
- Strong reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Transmission & Substation experience
- PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP certification
