Job Summary
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in Primavera P6, integrating engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management to monitor schedule performance, resource and cost-load schedules, and generate executive-level reports. Perform QA/QC reviews of contractor baseline and monthly submittals, comparing schedules to identify misalignments and recommend corrective actions. Lead schedule governance, including processes, best practices, change control, and communication plans. Requires 8+ years of scheduling experience with 6+ years on large utility projects and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years scheduling experience
- 6+ years on large utility projects
- Expert in Primavera P6
- advanced knowledge of CPM, critical path, and earned value analytics
- Strong reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Transmission & Substation experience
- PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP certification
