Job Summary
Provide advanced scheduling support for complex propulsion test operations by coordinating site-wide test schedules, identifying resource conflicts, and ensuring test facilities are prepared for mission-critical activities. Maintain oversight of all site projects, develop integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project, and track status while documenting changes and milestones. Analyze activity sequencing, dependencies, and critical paths to evaluate performance, identify risks, and recommend recovery plans. Coordinate with resource analysts, train junior schedulers, and ensure compliance with AFRL policies and contract requirements. Support critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and schedule traceability while monitoring daily activity logs and test communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of relevant scheduling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedule logic, critical path methodology, and schedule analysis.
- Experience identifying schedule risks, resource conflicts, and project dependencies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, program leadership, and government customers.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale engineering, aerospace, defense, or research programs is preferred.
