Senior Project Planner (Primavera SME)

Senior Project Planner (Primavera SME) will lead program planning, scheduling, and project controls activities for the ATM modernization program, ensuring that all program schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and progress reporting are effectively managed and aligned with program objectives, operational constraints, and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6; preparing resource-loaded schedules; monitoring and reporting progress against baselines and milestones; producing weekly/monthly schedule reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and look-ahead plans; performing schedule risk and critical path analysis; coordinating with engineering, operations, contractors, suppliers, and program stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and integration; supporting management activities and assessing schedule impacts of variations and technical changes; ensuring alignment with WBS and governance requirements; supporting executive reporting and program governance reviews.
