Senior Project Planner

Drive the financial health of assigned brands by creating budget scope documents, developing estimates, and managing billing processes. Lead monthly forecasting submissions with detailed rationale and serve as the primary client point of contact for financial management. Collaborate with brand Project Managers and account leads to ensure transparency, accuracy, and overall health of brand financials while coordinating productions and handling final distribution. Manage complex projects across multiple brands, leveraging expertise in print, digital, and video production. Requires 5+ years in advertising/marketing production/delivery with experience in health and medical advertising. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, with potential eligibility for commissions or bonuses.
