Senior Project Operations Manager

Lead initial project development in partnership with Engineering, establishing plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Review specifications, customer requirements, and contract terms while identifying and mitigating risks during initiation. Serve as the operational link between commercial, engineering, and execution teams, coordinating internal stakeholders for smooth transitions and managing structured handoffs to Site Project Managers. Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching on project management best practices to Site Project Managers. Conduct regular project reviews and performance check-ins, while developing standardized initiation tools and templates to support continuous process improvement.
