Job Summary
Senior Project Officer, Prison Health Reform and Programs responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating projects and reform initiatives within NACCHO's Prison Health Reform team. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers and reporting frameworks; support the establishment and coordination of a community of practice with reporting, dashboards and briefing materials; contribute to monitoring and evaluation activities to track progress and drive continuous improvement. Requires ability to manage deadlines and workload independently, strong stakeholder collaboration, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable culturally responsive efforts for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in program reporting and evaluation
