Job Summary
Senior Project Officer responsible for managing and coordinating the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of complex projects that support Court Services. You will contribute to multiple initiatives, coordinate resources, develop project plans, monitor performance, and ensure delivery on time and within scope. You will build and maintain stakeholder relationships, manage communication and negotiations, undertake research to inform decisions, and guide project team members to achieve milestones and deliver outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, governance understanding, and excellent communication skills within a team delivering impact for court users and the justice system. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with temporary full-time employment through to June 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of project governance frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, risks, and reporting requirements
