Job Summary
Lead and develop the project team while overseeing all phases of project planning and execution for construction projects. Manage resources, schedules, and logistics from pre-construction through the buy-out phase, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company policies. Implement cost control measures, forecast financials, and oversee pay applications to drive performance and achieve project goals. Manage project documents, address risks, and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders through OAC meetings. Support business development initiatives and represent the company at industry events. *Note: This role requires 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and OSHA 30-Hour certification.*
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years in project management within the construction industry, particularly with large-scale or commercial projects
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
