Job Summary
Seeking Senior Project Managers (I & II) with extensive project/construction management experience for a construction management firm. Requires a bachelor's degree and expertise in large-scale educational or commercial construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- 17 years full time paid professional project/construction management experience
- 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values in excess of $50 million
- 5 years experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects
Desired Qualifications
- Design Build Experience
- Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects
- Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes
