Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end implementation lifecycles for complex enterprise customers, managing planning, design, configuration, testing, launch, and hypercare phases. Establish detailed project plans, RAID logs, and critical paths to ensure milestone adherence while coordinating vast cross-functional teams including customer champions, system administrators, and third-party partners. Lead steering committee meetings, provide strategic status updates to executives, and manage technical dependencies around identity providers and ERP integrations. Define testing entry/exit criteria, oversee System Integration Testing, and architect production cutover plans to guarantee low-risk go-lives. Lead post-launch stabilization, monitor adoption, and manage transitions to steady-state ownership. Requires 5+ years of ERP deployment experience and PMP certification; full-time role with equity and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide (ideally global) software deployments as a traditional Project Manager, ERP Project Manager, or PMO Lead
- Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise financial, ERP, or P2P system implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS, Coupa)
- Proven track record of operating with rigorous project management methodologies, corporate governance structures, change control procedures, and risk-mitigation strategies
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making, push back constructively, manage difficult personalities, and establish executive alignment
- Strong expertise in managing testing cycles (SIT/UAT), data migration planning, cutover coordination, and post-launch hypercare stabilization
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, Prince2, or an equivalent project management certification is highly preferred
