Job Summary
Manage and oversee all active workplace projects from pursuit through closeout, coordinating execution across opportunities, pipeline, Oracle setup, Autodesk Construction Cloud, forecasting, invoicing, RFP responses, and contract coordination. Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability while serving as the main point of contact for internal teams, consultants, and clients regarding status and delivery. Ensure timely completion of deliverables, maintain high quality standards, and support risk and change management. This role requires 8-10 years of experience in interior architecture and project management. Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience
- strong background in interior architecture, workplace design and project management
- Strong experience managing workplace/interiors architecture or design projects
- Working knowledge of project financials, forecasting, invoicing, and fee management
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, ACC, and other project management platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
