Senior Project Manager (Wood Frame multi-residential construction)

Senior Project Manager to oversee wood-frame multi-residential developments within the company’s Ontario portfolio. Lead projects through all phases of construction from pre-development and tendering through construction, reporting, and close-out. Requires strong background in wood frame multi-residential construction, contract administration, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and field operations management. Projects range from 9,000 to 15,000 square feet with individual project values between $2.5M–$3.0M in hard construction costs and a combined portfolio value of approximately $25M over a 3-year span. Main responsibilities include executing contract administration under CCDC 17 with trade contractors and CCDC 5A with owners, preparing and managing monthly project reporting and invoicing in coordination with Site Supervisors and Project Coordinators, serving as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, trade contractors, and internal teams, assisting Senior Estimators with scopes of work, tender packages and bid analysis, administering Letters of Intent and change orders, managing contract documentation, developing construction schedules (preferably with Microsoft Project), coordinating RFI’s, submittals, and shop drawings, supporting drawing management and Autodesk/Procore administration, conducting site inspections and deficiency reviews, ensuring QA/QC to design intent, and maintaining OHSA/regulatory compliance. Office-based role in the Vaughan office with weekly site visits, oversight of approximately 10 projects over a 3-year period, and long-term career growth within a growing construction team.
