Job Summary
Senior Project Manager/Local Service Lead in Fresno to drive and grow our water/wastewater engineering practice. Lead strategic planning, service-specific proposal efforts, and business development; advance client relationships and collaboration with governmental agencies; supervise engineers and support personnel; develop project work plans, budgets, milestones, and QA/QC procedures; ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and profitable operations; travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide as needed.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California (or capable of obtaining within 6 months)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in design, management, and business development
- 6+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
