Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for wastewater initiatives responsible for leading complex projects from inception to completion. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinating firm and external resources to deliver technically sound, on-time, and within-budget results while driving business development and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities include developing contracts and statements of qualifications, preparing proposals, managing scheduling, staffing, and QA/QC, conducting root cause analyses for project write-offs, invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up, and guiding junior staff and CAD technicians. Must communicate technical concepts effectively to coworkers and clients, navigate state and federal wastewater regulations, and apply engineering software to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10 years of project management experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proven business development and client relationship management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with engineering software
- Familiarity with wastewater processes and regulatory requirements
