Senior Project Manager - Wastewater

Senior Project Manager for wastewater projects responsible for serving as the key client contact, coordinating firm resources to deliver results, and driving business development. The role involves leading project execution to ensure timely, profitable delivery, managing scheduling and staffing, maintaining client relationships, communicating technical concepts to both colleagues and clients, preparing contracts and proposals, conducting root-cause analyses, ensuring QA/QC, mentoring junior staff, and guiding CAD technicians in technical design. Requires a civil engineering background (bachelor’s or master’s), a PE license, and ~10 years of PM experience, with strong understanding of wastewater processes and regulatory requirements.
